These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gb444 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gb444 online casino and sports betting platform available at gb444.cam and any associated subdomains, applications, or mobile-optimised versions thereof. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with any part of the gb444 platform in any capacity. Eligibility is assessed at the point of registration and may be re-verified at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of any withdrawal request.

You are ineligible to register or use gb444 if any of the following apply to you:

gb444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. If satisfactory proof of eligibility cannot be provided within a reasonable time following a request, gb444 may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Deposit Rules

Deposits to your gb444 account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by gb444, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. gb444 does not accept deposits from accounts or wallets belonging to third parties.

• gb444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from your gb444 account are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method and account name used for the corresponding deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 4 hours from the time of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or payment processing glitches to obtain funds, bonuses, or game outcomes to which you are not legitimately entitled.

gb444 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended immediately pending manual review. Players whose accounts are suspended due to suspected prohibited conduct will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide a response before a final determination is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm or financial loss.

All content available on the gb444 platform — including but not limited to the gb444 brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game graphics, text, images, audio, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gb444 or is licensed to gb444 by the respective content owners. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gb444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the gb444 platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of gb444. Unauthorised use of gb444 intellectual property may result in legal action. The game content and software provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to the licensing terms of those owners.

gb444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which gb444 may take such action include, but are not limited to:

• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or match-fixing.

Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a player and gb444, the player should first contact the gb444 support team at [email protected] with a detailed written description of the complaint. gb444 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Players are reminded that gambling debts are personal obligations and that gb444 does not accept liability for any financial hardship resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
